Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Welcome to our oasis, tucked away on a forested residential street. ~7 minutes from the Annapolis Towne Centre, ~15m from the coast, and ~30m from Baltimore and DC. Tl;dr: This is a private ground-level guest suite. Inside, you’ll find 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 desk, 1 kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso/pour over, 2 TVs, a laundry room, fast wifi, a pool, patio and a forest view. We live on the top floor (separated by stairs and a deadbolt; no shared indoor spaces; separate entrances).

Mencken's home place, the neighborhood is primarily residential , but very convenient to the Inner Harbor. The apartment has a full kitchen (with light breakfast items), historic details & eclectic furnishings. Street parking is easy. The space is good for couples and solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Lots of hiking and water sports abound in the area. A short drive south is Solomon’s island. This is a safe space for all🥰

Sunnyside Farm offers a luxurious stay in a beautifully restored historic forge. You’ll be greeted by the farm’s delightful hosts, Jimmy and Dean, two friendly Potbelly pigs. Beautiful cows forage right outside your door. The Forge features exposed wooden beams, brick walls, and cozy furnishings. Our guest cottage is the perfect retreat for a quiet getaway or a quick commute to local historical sites. We are located on a family farm property dating back to the 1880's. Although the old farmhouse is gone our home with attached cottage is filled with decor built by the owner with reclaimed wood from the original home. We are adjacent to Beaverdam Park and located 2 miles from Main Street which boasts the historic Gloucester Courthouse dating back to 1651.

The Serenity House
