We are within driving distance of Sayre, Elmira, Watkins Glen, Ithaca & Binghamton. Easy access to I-81. ***Max occupancy is four guests. Anyone staying overnight must be listed in the reservation. This is a nice one bedroom apartment in my large Victorian home in Waverly. Located just 2 blocks from Broad st, the towns Main Street and a 20 min walk or very quick drive to Waverly Glen park and it’s beautiful waterfall. Two Rivers State Park is also a 5 minute drive if you enjoy hiking and nature. I’m seeking guests who may be working nearby or just in town for a long stay.
