Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. A grill and new full kitchen provide the culinary options of home. A stylish bar/island compliments both kitchen and living areas. Outside you’ll find two spacious decks. One has a nautical feel, overlooking the lake, built of original stone and wood. A second larger deck overlooks the meadow.

This camp is a cute spot to go "GLAMPING" just off Lake Champlain in Northern NY, a great spot to unwind and this area has great fishing. Studio style camp with electric, bathroom and kitchen. Your own little tiny home camp. There is a dock to fish off or just relax by the water and a spot out in the water to anchor a boat if needed. Plenty of room to also pitch a tent or two and hang by a camp fire. I also like to mention our camp is in a great location for ice fishing and trail riding.

Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of our large but cozy private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. There is a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor.

Newly constructed centrally located charming cottage with lake views on the east shore of Grand Isle. Step out your front door and enjoy a walk, run or bike ride along the quiet scenic road that winds along Lake Champlain. Includes 5 x 7 lockable cedar storage shed with beach chairs, cooler and room for bikes and extra gear. Offering lake views only, this property is not lakefront. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with a gorgeous view of Lake Champlain in our little park! This 3 bedroom home has 2 queen bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 pull out twins and a queen futon in the sunroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. This house will sleep up to 10 and is located on a small park across the street from Lake access and our rocky beach. Sit and relax & read a book on the front porch while enjoying the beautiful view!

Vermont’s Secluded Island Getaway

Our Meadowhouse apartment sits peacefully on 20 secluded acres overlooking Vermont wetlands and wildlife habitat. It is a second story apartment with lovely pastoral views of the neighboring farm and sunsets. Guests have access to the lake, restaurant and outdoor facilities at the nearby Ruthcliffe Lodge & Restaurant (a five minute walk away). The apartment is accessed by a 10+step, staircase and is not handicapped accessible.
