Our third-floor condo is perched in a gorgeous, historic, 1880 Savannah townhome, overlooking idyllic Monterey Square, steps from Forsyth Park. The Garden Studio at Half Moon House

Nestled in Savannah’s historic Streetcar District, The Garden Studio at Half Moon House is a private retreat within the city, blending funky, mid-century modern style with a rustic cabin feel. This open-concept space features a kitchenette w/ essentials, an extra-long clawfoot tub w/ hand shower, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a peaceful garden. Set in the historic carriage house behind a 1914 colonial revival home, it’s just minutes from Forsyth Park, Starland, and top restaurants.

This cute one-bedroom bungalow is fully self-contained. Though it is attached to the main house, it has its own private entrance and porch, complete kitchen, and full-size washer/dryer. It is conveniently located in a quiet, southside neighborhood: less than a mile from Lake Mayer park, about 10 minutes from Sandfly & Skidaway, 15 minutes from downtown and River Street, and only 30 minutes to Tybee beaches. There is covered parking at the back and a beautiful live oak tree in the front.

Starlander Ltd.: The XL Suite, w/ private bath

The Starlander suites are within a 1920s townhouse that's part home (mine), part guest house, part art gallery, and a little bit library (I have a few books). I've travelled to over 70 countries, and my favorite stays were not in hotels, but in small guest houses and hostels with private rooms available. I liked the home-grown character of these places, and the chance to interact with the hosts and other guests. I hope to give others a similar opportunity in Savannah at the Starlander.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood no more than 15 minutes from most sites in Savannah and 25 minutes to Tybee Island. The Studio is attached to our home with no shared spaces and is completely private– including a private patio area and dedicated driveway. The space is also within walking distance from the Candler and Memorial Hospitals with grocery stores, restaurants, & coffee shops nearby!

Tybee’s North Beach Oasis (Newly Remodeled)

Come relax, soak up some sun, swim in the pool, and just get away from the hustle and bustle. We are at the North end of Tybee close to the lighthouse and some awesome restaurants like North Beach Grill and Hucapoos. Our home is furnished with everything you could want. Including a crockpot and a blender. The condo has a pool that is open year-round but is not heated. We have tennis courts and pickle ball, so bring your racquets. Relax on our porch and watch the sunset.

Half House Savannah

Laid back guest house located close to the marshes and 15 minutes south of the Historic District. Quiet, serene locale with private entrance, large yard and relaxed interior that includes a queen bed with a desk and kitchenette area. Nestled under a grand live oak, the Half House is home to many bird species and a barred owl that often takes residence upon the branches. Feel free to enjoy the fire pit and private yard...laundry available on site as well.

Come stay in our cute little loft in the streetcar district of Savannah! We are just off Bull Street and close to one of SCAD's many beautiful buildings which are dotted throughout Savannah. This is a beautiful bustling area with a variety of bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the surrounding streets! On top of that, Forsyth Park is less than 10 minutes walk! No children under 12 or pets allowed in our property.
