Welcome to the cutest little house ever! Our goal is to make you as comfortable as we can, yet we promise not to bother you during your stay. Your pups are welcome. There is a small pet fee and we ask, "Please include pets in your reservation." This is a very quiet neighborhood where you may want to go for a walk, visit the park or even better, check out the many exciting happenings going on all around you! Our house is right next door and across the street from our house is Seabreeze Park.

Enough room for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and an air mattress. It also has Direct TV in the living room and master bedroom.

Guest apartment is separated from the main residence by a large garage.Parking is next to the apartment entrance.The location is 5 minutes from Dayton, 35 minutes to Houston, 10 minutes to Mont Belvieu, 15 minutes to Baytown.There is an outside seating area under the beautiful oak tree .The calm setting of trees mixed with the sounds of nature and the comfort of the apartment will make you a fan of Out In The Country.

We are within walking distance from Downtown, Minute Maid Park, BBVA Stadium, George Brown Convention Center, Houston's top Bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. We are extremely close to all the essential highways which means cheap Ubers to most places!
