There is a balcony. 2 air conditions (1 in the Bedroom and 1 in the Living room). Bathroom include shower with rainfall shower head and bath tub. This apartment is located in Chang Khlan area in Chiang Mai. Easy access to Night Bazaar, Old town area and the airport. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1,500 Bath per month. Cleaning is only done once before check in. You can get a red bus (Song Taew) or a tuk-tuk (local taxi) at the main road.Alternatively you get around with a rented scooter scoopy@i in a very good condition at the cost of Baht 250/day.The renter will keep your passport or ID-card as security deposit. To maintain good service and providing our guest luxury at the same affordable price, we ask you helping us to save energy for environment reason by turning off Airconditioners and electric appliances when leaving the apartment.
