Welcome to our Modern Farmhouse suite, nicknamed the Garden of Eat'n. This private suite is equipped with everything you need including free parking right next to your door. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom, your own bathroom, a large shower and a washer and dryer. We are located in a Phoenix suburb, close to a major freeway for easy access to the Valley. Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. A king bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot in the suite. There is no access to a full kitchen. Per Airbnb’s policy, we want you to know we have a camera with exterior video surveillance. No animals. No tobacco or vaping allowed on the property. Only registered guest allowed on property. Not appropriate for kids
