Το Mimoza's Apartments βρίσκεται στο χωριό Tραυλιατα σχεδόν 6 χλμ έξω από το Αργοστόλι, επίσης, απέχει σχεδόν 6 χλμ και από το αεροδρόμιο Κεφαλονιάς. Σε ακτίνα 2-3 χλμ προς το Αργοστόλι υπάρχουν super market. Στα περίχωρα του χωριού υπάρχει φούρνος, φαρμακείο, κρεοπωλείο, μανάβικο, βενζινάδικα, καθώς και πολυκατάστημα JUMBO. Επίσης υπάρχει δωρεάν Wifi καθώς και smart tv για χαλάρωση στο σαλόνι. Υπαρχει καθαριότητα κάθε τρίτη μέρα και το κτηριο διαθετει κλειστο γκαραζ.
