The lower is an open plan 400 sq ft comprised of kitchen, living room (w/ foldout couch) & bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead you to a private covered deck overlooking a wooded gully. The COMPOSTING TOILET is a environmentally friendly unit. The loft accessed by a NARROW SPIRAL STAIRCASE w/ queen sized bed.

Our land in addition boarders 240 acres of NYS DEP land that is open to the public for hunting, hiking, and a variety of other activities.
