The couple will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. it just renovated and just build it with an amazing hardwood floor, beautiful for one or couple to enjoy the night !!!my place is a mile to wynn hospital, downtown, utica auditorium, Utica University and Utica's best food places. I just add total 2 air conditioner and cover the sky windows to reduce the heat, and replaced the artic fan, so it is not too hot now. it you want to see the sky you can open it easy.

One bedroom, one bath queen with air-conditioning and River summer breezes. We use all-natural, organic cleaning supplies and home products whenever possible.

You are at the footsteps of Hunter Mountain, right beside Dolan's Lake and a very short drive to all of Village of Hunter restaurants, bars, cafes, hikes and conveniences.
