It has a porch with a water view, one block from the Gulf, and is in the center of town. Not a stoplight in town. Cedar Key is a tiny fishing village full of artists, musicians, and people who like to fish. Lots of superb restaurants that feature world famous Cedar Key clams and fresh fish. Sunsets here are terrific!

The property which is naturally landscaped with massive pine and oak trees, is quiet and peaceful. There are horses on both sides of the 1/4 mile drive. but that comes with some smells and dust. If you are sensitive to smells this might not be the place for you. It is less than 2 miles from Route 75 and close to HIT, WEC & Chi institute.
