The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Caves Beach House is located opposite the grass reserve that fronts Caves Beach. The house has uninterrupted ocean views and is only 300 metre walking distance to the beach. This 2 storey house has been recently renovated and has modern comfortable furnishings. Sleeps 2 couples and 4 children comfortably or 6 adults maximum (there are 6 separate beds).

Sandstone Cottage, Great Mackerel Beach

This sandstone cottage is one of the original cottages on Mackerel Beach. Set on the absolute beach front, North East facing and receiving sun all day long, this gorgeous property has a main house and separate studio with 3 bedrooms comfortably accommodating 8 people.
