Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is a peaceful country getaway. Enjoy spending time with fireflies instead of streetlights in this rustic cabin complete with all creature comforts. You can make use of the full kitchen, cook hotdogs over a fire pit outside, or a 15 minute drive will get you to historic, downtown Batesville's restaurants. Local amenities include country roads great for cycling, fresh air, and a few mosquitos (no extra charge for the mosquitos). Cabin now has WiFi!.

Cozy Country Cottage

This quaint, cozy, country cottage is only minutes east of Batesville., AR. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, laundry and lovely yard with pergola in back including firepit. Wifi is strong and fast and easy to stream. Beds are for 4 guests, but extra mattress can be used for 5th guest, Bathroom does have shower as well. The Little House Out Front is packed with all-new furniture and appliances. It’s conveniently located near the Sydney Y and within a few minutes from Cooper’s Hawk Golf Course, Ozarka College, restaurants, a nail salon, and a grocery store. Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).
