Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Situata in posizione ideale per raggiungere il Lago Maggiore, il Lago di Comabbio e di Monate. Immerso nel Parco Naturale del Ticino, tutt'attorno una vegetazione lussureggiante in una tranquilla atmosfera di campagna. Spettacolare l'ampia terrazza dove rilassarsi, leggere un buon libro e godersi il tramonto.

Siamo al Bedisco, una frazione di Oleggio, a 30' a piedi e 5' in macchina dalla stazione della città e dal suo incantevole centro. Dalla casa sono facilmente raggiungibili località di alto interesse turistico: laghi Maggiore e Orta, il Monte Rosa e le sue valli, Parco del Ticino; mentre l'aeroporto di Malpensa è a soli 18 km. (20 minuti in auto). Inoltre saremo lieti di offrire l'assistenza necessaria perché i nostri ospiti possano cogliere il meglio dell'interessante territorio circostante.

Cascina Ronco dei Lari - la Torre - Lake Maggiore

On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

L’appartamento è situato al primo piano della villa circondata da un giardino, è molto luminoso e composto da una camera con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello, armadio; soggiorno con divano letto (2 posti), con possibile letto a brandina richiudibile, tavolo da pranzo e TV a schermo piatto curvo; bagno con la cabina doccia, wc, bidet e lavatrice ; cucina con piano cottura ad induzione, frigorifero, microonde e tutto il necessario per cucinare, inoltre ci sono 2 balconi.

Al centro di Dagnente, minuscola frazione di Arona sulle colline del Vergante, il lago di fronte e alle spalle i boschi e le montagne, si trova l'Asilo Infantile don Luigi Bellotti. Una casa in pietra realizzata alla fine del '700, il cui restauro è stato completato nel 2017, perfetta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, ma anche base ideale per visitare i laghi Maggiore e d'Orta e le valli d'Ossola, Formazza e altri luoghi di interesse culturale e naturalistico.
