Predivna kamena villa okružena je prostranom okućnicom u mediteranskim stilu i uređena s puno pažnje. Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

We rent a holiday apartments a bit uphill from apartment complex Gajac in a peaceful surrounding and nature near Zrće beach (20 min walk to the festival area and famous clubs - Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso & Noa / only few minutes with a car). Beautiful Gajac beach is reached by a shortcut (800m), 10min walk and it will lead you to the nicest part of the beach with a great beach restaurant! Closest city is Novalja (2 km).
