Frente a la casa hay un antiguo lavador (gran acequia donde antiguamente se juntaban las mujeres para lavar la ropa). El pueblo está a 15 minutos de la ciudad de Murcia, 30 minutos de la playa de Mazarrón y muy cerca del parque natural de Sierra Espuña. Hay bar/cafetería y tienda a unos 100 metros. La parada de autobús está junto a la casa.

Amplia casa en bajo con buena luz natural en una de las zonas más tranquilas de Molina de Segura y muy cerca de Murcia y el campo de golf de Altorreal. La vivienda esta muy bien comunicada: cerca de todo tipo de comercios (supermercados, farmacia, carnicería etc..) amplia zona verde a 1 minuto andando. Fácil aparcamiento en la misma puerta. La televisión Smart tv está colocada de manera estratégica para que se pueda ver desde el patio también, simplemente girándola.
