The house has 2000sqf of living space and is situated overlooking the Golfo di Noto on the crest of a hill. With thick limestone walls, Modica stone flooring throughout ,white render and double height ceilings, it is cool in the summer months and warm in the winter. It sits in its own 10 acres of old olives and vines and is surrounded by unspoilt countryside and farmland.
