Our parents built this darling 4-season cottage by hand in 1950. Lovingly preserved and recently refreshed, we now want to share our little red cottage on Lake Minnetonka with guests who want to enjoy a calm, relaxing suburban lake getaway. The cottage offers a lot, and yet because we're in a quiet neighborhood and live on the commons, the little red cottage is not a spot for parties, reunions, bigger groups, or people needing boat access.

Relaxing Farm on a Lake

Our quaint and newly remodeled mother-in-law apartment has views of our historic red barn, including goats and sheep, as well as Hyde’s Lake. We also have three doggy “tour guides” who are often around to greet guests. We’re within 10-15 minutes of wineries, orchards, restaurants, trails and more. While we have a two-day minimum and are generally only booking weekends, we’re open to inquiries so feel free to shoot us a note.
