Callywith House was built by the owners in 2019, set beside the River in the woodland village of Trethowel. A tranquil place to kick back and relax with Family and Friends. The beaches of Charlestown, Porthpean, Pentewan and Carlyon Bay are just a ten minute drive away. It's a great location from which to explore the sights of Cornwall. There is even a cycle path in the village which you can take to visit the Eden project. St Austell Train station is 1.6 miles, Newquay Airport is 14 miles .

There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families, and kids and pets are very welcome.
