The Annex in Cornwall

This stylish newly built place to stay is perfect for a break away for two. The Annex is self contained but adjoined to the main house, which we reside with our house dog (separated by a locked fire door) It has its own off road parking space and private courtyard garden. Has all basic amenities with equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We are in a small village located close to St Austell (3.7 miles), Newquay Airport (10 miles), Truro (14 miles) Eden Project (2.5 miles) and beaches close by.

There are beautiful local beaches , 15 minutes from the Eden project, 5 mins from the A30 taking you to Padstow, Newquay and other local attractions

We are tucked away down a country lane but also very central to access most of Cornwall, from beaches for those lazy days and brisk Autumn/Winter walks to seaside towns for a potter. My cottage is close to the Clay Trails, Newquay and its fantastic surfing beaches, Truro, Falmouth, and the Eden Project with all the convenience of having supermarkets, restaurants, and pubs within a short drive. St Austell train station is around 10 minutes drive or 40 minutes walk. You’ll love my place because of the great location and the character of the property! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families, and kids and pets are very welcome.
