The ground floor of the property consists of lounge/diner with table that sits 5. There’s an L-shaped sofa that converts into a double bed and 42” LCD. Kitchen consists of microwave, kettle, fridge, single plug in induction ring and toaster and all the essentials you need. The ground floor has underfloor heating so it’s cosy warm. Upstairs is a king size bed, large bedroom, fantastic walk-in shower, smaller sofa bed and area to hang your stuff up. There’s even space for your four legged friend.

We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Our guest cottage is neatly tucked away in a quiet, secluded part of the historic village of Langford, well known for its medieval Church and highly popular Public House, The Bell Inn. Situated near Lechlade upon Thames, Burford, Bibury, The Cotswold Wildlife Park and many more popular Cotswold attractions, the cottage is in an ideal base location to discover. It is also centrally situated near three beautiful wedding venues; Oxleaze Barn, Friars Court and Caswell House.

A spacious one bedroom annexe with its own kitchen and shower room. Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house. Beautiful large and bright self contained studio with (its own entrance) with king size bed, fully equipped shower room, kitchenette (fridge/microwave/kettle/toaster), TV, internet, table and dining chairs and sofa. There are a number of delicious local takeaways who will deliver to this location. Also the local pub provide a collection service from their Covid menu (5 min walk).
