Top deck has amazing ocean views to the north and south and the living room has great sunrise views. This house is located on the ocean side of the street but our personal house between it and the ocean. Stainless appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Laundry is available for guest, shared with lower level tenants and located outside the unit in garage area.

Eastbound is a 1940's beach cottage that has been lovingly restored to preserve the charm of a nostalgic beach house but with modern comforts such as new HVAC, new bathroom, full kitchen and outdoor shower. Conveniently located 50 steps from the beach and across the street from Tony Silvagni's surf school and beach equipment rental shop. No need to get in your car once you arrive. The house is pet friendly and there is a $75 pet fee. Alert us when booking if you plan to bring a pet.
