Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

The Johnville Guest House - lovely, private, safe

The Johnville Guest House is a renovated home in the heart of the rural hills of Johnville New Brunswick. Just 4 km from the beautiful St. John River Valley, the Guest House is a perfect location for a relaxing stay away from the city. Main floor includes fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining/living room, main bedroom, full bath and laundry. Second floor has a second bedroom (2 twin beds or 1 king), a spacious separate living area with pull out couch and a 1/2 bath. A lovely, safe haven

Gram's Cabin

Gram's Cabin is the perfect place to rest on your hiking trip to Mt. Carleton, or to unwind on a hunting excursion. Secluded yet modern accommodations include a furnished kitchen and Starkink WiFi to stay in touch with the world. The Cabin is accessible by car, via Route 108 or by NB snowmobile trail 23-message for GPS coordinates. With accommodations for 6, and room for more, this is the ideal spot for a retreat. Gram’s cabin is 20 minutes from Plaster Rock, and 40 minutes from Mount Carleton.

Loons Nest

Now is the best time to see the fall colors here. The Loons Nest gives you the perfect vantage point to watch the colors almost come on fire as the sun goes down on the opposite shore of the river. This quiet location feels like your miles from the beaten path, actually your just 18 minutes to Fredericton and 3 min to amenities, like NB Liquor, convenience store, restaurant and gas. Step out on the huge deck overlooking the property and water, relax, and enjoy your coffee, no rush here...
