World class fly fishing in a blue ribbon trout river, boat launch and Hobo Hot Springs are right outside the door. Hot springs are free and open 24/7. Saratoga Lake is only 2 miles away. It is a perfect haven for outdoor fun and retreat. Located only four blocks from downtown. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The Bunkhouse at Cottonwood Acres Country Retreat

Very nice, secluded spot near the Encampment River. Completely remodeled living area called the Cottonwood Acres Bunkhouse. Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by with the river as a backdrop. Play horseshoes out back. 18 miles south of Saratoga, with fishing, hunting, hiking, and riding opportunities within a 30 minute drive of the property in multiple directions. Also, great snowmobiling opportunities in the winter. Enjoy food and drinks a mile away in Riverside and Encampment.

You can use your own streaming accounts while here, but make sure to sign out before you leave. We provide a window AC and fan in the summer and have in-wall heat for winter months. The building is really old, but has been refinished. The "yard" is unmanicured and is shared with all guests/tenants. The apartment itself is very comfortable.
