Being very close to the main road, you’ll enjoy easy access to reach Rye and other neighbouring beach towns. The front beach is one of the best beaches for families and kids. The studio located in our garden includes your own private entrance & off-street car parking. Premium muesli is provided along with T2 tea and Lavazza coffee.
