Because of its location, you can drive into the city within 30 minutes. its a short stroll away from the beach and 20 minutes from the takoradi airport. there are public transport available to move around.

The house is designed & engineered by Tarra Dear architects from Belgium. We wanted to create a beautiful place, surrounded by greens, on a walking distance from the beach and aminities. The house is powered by solar energy and you can even drink from the filtered tapwater in the kitchen. Lately monkeys are also enjoying the lush green surrounding us.
