The Cozy Cabin is a charming waterfront retreat but hidden in the tall pines, it features an open floor plan with a plush king bed, full bathroom with a clawfoot tub, furnished kitchen for all you cooking needs, and a comfy leather couch for relaxing. The loft above has two twin beds for extra sleeping space for kids or guests. Outside, enjoy peaceful pond views from your private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or grill dinner on the charcoal BBQ while enjoying the quiet East Texas setting.

Enjoy evenings in the hot-tub, or on the putting green as dinner is grilled on the Blackstone, then wake up and enjoy coffee at the kitchen table and admire the lake-view through the wall of windows. Since 2022 the house has gotten new fencing, a putting green, a new PAC-MAN machine, a new 2-story Trex deck, and a new boat dock. Privately owned, managed, and cared for.

Maybe I'm a little partial, but I really have to pinch myself when I go visit Callie's cottage. Imagine...a beautiful country road, quiet except for the occasional sound of a cow. A cottage tucked into an abundance of trees, wrap around porch, flagstone firepit area, patio lights strung across the yard, antique mantle with gas fire, crystal chandelier, beadboard from an 1800's farmhouse, a tub big enough for two, the lushest bedding, classical music plays, sweets served. Deep sigh.

Wooded Bliss is a brand new, romantic, pond-side treehouse in the woods. It is the perfect place for couples to stay for their honeymoon, anniversary or to simply get away to relax and unwind. Inside Wooded Bliss are large picture windows, an enormous rain shower and bathtub. Outdoors, you'll enjoy relaxing on a huge back porch, soaking in the hot tub, resting on the swing bed, strolling along the trails or fishing at the pond. The Barn at Neches A cozy 4-bedroom, 1.5-bath barn-style retreat. The kitchen and all bedrooms are located UPSTAIRS, offering a comfortable setup with 2 queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds. Guests also have access to a primitive pistol pit gun range. Please note this area is still under development and is available for use at your own risk, as it is not staffed. Relax and unwind in the newly added outdoor hot tub, conveniently located on the deck! Firewood is provided
