Das außergewöhnliche Apartment befindet sich im 4. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses an der Promenade des Anglais, d.h. nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einer offenen Küche sowie 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine große Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll-lässig. Der großzügige Balkon ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet und hat (fast) den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.

Notre maison située près de Nice compte deux étages dont un est entièrement réservé aux visites de la famille, des amis et aux locations Airbnb. Notre logement n'est pas neuf mais nous veillons au confort, à la qualité d'accueil et à améliorer constamment notre offre. Les dépendances (piscine, terrasse etc.) sont réservées aux seuls occupants de la maison (hôtes et voyageurs airbnb). Le logement possède une entrée indépendante et est quasi tout équipé (vaisselle, lave-linge, draps etc).

Independent apartment on the 2nd floor in a house. It is equipped with 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people max. Kitchen, Wifi, Washing machine available. The house is near a free public parking and village center (bakery, grocer, pharmacy, doctor, bus stop ...) And 5-10 minutes walk from the train station. Drap is 5-10 minutes drive from Nice Est (motorway), and 15-20 minutes from the port and beaches of Nice.
