Feel free to enjoy the big field out front for yard games and picnics. There’s a basketball court, campfire pit and a short walk to the river for cooling off and checking out views of the beautiful covered bridge. Welcome to Alder House! Nestled in the heart of the White Mountains, our retreat promises a cozy escape. Featuring three inviting bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a recently renovated kitchen, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. Relax on the serene back deck with Adirondack rockers and an outdoor dining table. Just a heads-up, access to all bedrooms requires using stairs. 🐶 Pets are welcome for a $100 fee. ❄️ Winter months: 4WD or AWD is recommended for the driveway.
