La villa è composta da 3 lamie in pietra risalenti ai primi dell’800, finemente ristrutturate nel rispetto della tradizione pugliese. Immersa nella natura, Casa Petra offre privacy assoluta, una piscina privata, un ampio giardino con ulivi secolari e ogni comfort per un soggiorno indimenticabile. Perfetta per famiglie, coppie o amici, è il punto di partenza ideale per esplorare borghi, sapori e paesaggi autentici della Puglia.

Porzione di villa immersa nelle campagne ma a soli 750 mt dal bellissimo mare salentino per una pausa in piena tranquillità. La villetta è comunicante con l'altra porzione attraverso una porta interna. Nel caso in cui si avesse bisogno di più posti letto le due ville si potranno fittare entrambe ed unire. Diversamente, la porta resterà chiusa tenendo separate le due villette le quali hanno anche entrate esterne indipendenti. Acqua non potabile da bere. Tassa di soggiorno 1€ a persona a notte.
