Our recently updated private guesthouse is in a quiet neighborhood in the Bedford Hills/Boonsboro area, minutes from hiking trails, and grocery stores. We are minutes away from Randolph, 10 minutes from Lynchburg University and just 15 minutes from Liberty. This is perfect for visiting family, friends and exploring the city. The single bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the living space has a pullout couch, to easily accommodate up to 4 people. The full kitchen includes dishwasher and oven.

Enjoy your stay in our terrace-level unit in Forest, VA. Just 16 minutes to LU, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We offer a private bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, a large living area with a full size sofa bed, and a small kitchenette. You’ll have everything that you need for a short stay in this cozy apartment. Please keep in mind that we do have children, we are up early, and we live upstairs, but of course we are mindful of our guests! We are pretty quiet at night.
