Shady Pines features a fully equipped kitchen, a large leather sectional in the living room, laundry facilities, and electric fireplaces in both the living room and master bedroom. The king and queen beds are Sealy Posturepedic, the daybed is Nectar, and the trundle is BeautyRest, for your sleeping comfort. Our decor is minimalist-inspired and has the essentials for your home-away-from-home stay.

At the top of the world with the world’s steepest vehicular inclined plane, playground, baseball field, tennis courts and a great restaurant/bar all within a couple blocks. Stores and entertainment are just a short drive away. Nestled against Stackhouse Park are hiking trails and a nice picnic area and creek to get give the lil' ones some play time in the outdoors. 1st Summit Arena which hosts concerts, conventions and sporting events is a 6 minute drive away.

This mountain house is located at an elevation of +2,900 feet; hands down, the Midway Chalet is the premier vacation chalet on Blue Knob Mountain and all of West Central PA! Located in a residential section of the Blue Knob ski area, the quiet of the mountains surrounds our privately-owned house. Our home has four (4) bedrooms and a bunk room that will accommodate up to 3 families or a group of up to a maximum of 10 adults.
