The Cottage is on the top of a hill overlooking a beautiful 32 acre property of pastures with a flock of Kathdin sheep and other animals. The Cottage has an open floor plan with a full kitchen and laundry room. From the time you arrive until the time you leave, you'll be inspired and wishing your stay had been longer. This is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom private suite that sits on 14 acres. Enjoy the large back deck or walk around our mushroom yard where we grow Log-grown Shiitake Mushrooms. (The largest Log-grown Shiitake Farm in Alabama). This private suite (meaning closed off) from the main house is surrounded by trees and wildlife. We offer a sitting area inside and out, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot tea, lots of closet space, wireless internet, and a large TV with free Netflix.
