Cosy bungalow in nice wee village; shops and train/bus routes. The Ground floor is included in this listing; upstairs is kept for storage. One double bed only, the listing says one bed in lounge, only sofas but I can’t correct this… There is a covered deck out the back door, great for sitting out in the rain! Good base for access to rest of NW Scotland; on the edge of the NC500, 14 miles from Inverness. Please read the house manual; note this is a quiet street and not a party house..

The address, Abbey Gardens, gives away its history - Abbey Gardens was the vegetable patch tended by the monks when it was a working monastery. The cottage is set in its own private garden and just a few minutes' walk away is the southern tip of Loch Ness.
