For larger groups, we also offer the other side apartment of the duplex, hosting up to 4 additional guests. Ideal for relaxing beach vacations or extended stays with a private beach.

Casa Martinez is a modern house with stunning ocean and mountain views, perfect for a retreat from city life. Located just 15 minutes from San Jose del Cabo in a peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of the beach. A car is recommended, as ride shares are limited in the area. Please note that the neighborhood is undergoing growth and construction, which may cause noise. In light of this, we're offering a discounted rate to our guests. Thank you for your understanding.
