WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! ALSO NEXT DOOR TO THE DELICIOUS SANDWHICH SHOP AND FRISCO SHOPPING CENTER!

Tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen. Relax in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the beach! Enjoy the use of our family pool (approx. May 15-Oct 1) & hot tub. This is our personal family home, also known as AllInnAvonBeachHouse, and we are hoping to find renters who are looking for the same amazing, relaxing, and enjoyable experiences as we do. This home is incredibly spacious, perfect for 2-3 families, lots of space to sit and relax and enjoy meals together. This area is sought out for surfing, fishing, shell collecting. Beach chairs, cornhole set, basketballs, beach toys all included.
