The house is a 1940's Cape Cod house that is well maintained & updated but still keeps the original character. Our neighborhood is relatively quiet with a mix of older residents and younger couples with children. The suite with kitchenette is a separate, private space within our permanent residence & we will not access the area unless it is an emergency. However, since we do share the air, and due to our allergies, please NO smoking, vaping, burning candles or incense anywhere on our property.

This historic building built in 1927 was redesigned in 2012 to include 88 apartments, a fitness center, and a rooftop terrace. This private room is a quaint space that has a king bed, bathroom, desk, tv, internet, mini-fridge, microwave and a SmartLock which will only work with your code during your stay. Parking is additional.

Our lower level, walk out suite (private entrance) has all you are looking for & more. The 1000 sf plus suite is spacious & comfortable. We are located on 2 peaceful acres in a residential area near the Liberty Way Exit off I-75. In our suite the focus is on cleanliness and functionality. Our sheets, towels & linens are laundered in Free & Clear products. For your comfort and security, the home is equipped with a Whole House Generator & Security Cameras on the outside.

Eudora-Private apartment on secluded wooded lot

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

Six miles to Riverbend. And there's a backyard city view.
