Quaint and rustic seaside cottage with parking

Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for groups larger than 4 or anyone expecting a hotel!

Recently refurbished, Morris’s Cottage is nestled in the centre of one of North Norfolk’s loveliest villages, opposite gastropub ‘The Hero’, with nearby bus stop giving access to many coastal towns and villages and a short walk to the village playing fields with two hard tennis courts and well equipped playground. The harbour is just two minutes away with stunning walks out to the sea and ferry to Scolt Head Island where hours can be spent with a picnic in the dunes!

Fortune Cottage is a charming period 2 bedroom semi-detached property at the heart of Burnham Market, 3 minutes walk from The Green. This a family 2nd home and therefore furnished to a high standard throughout, with a patio area and furniture outside. The property benefits from fast WiFi, Amazon Prime and Netflix. One dog is most welcome (except on furniture/upstairs) to make it a home from home for all Minimum 3 night stay applies in late July and August.

Traditional North Norfolk cottage

Beautiful two bedroom cottage on a quiet back street, in the unspoilt village of South Creake, 3 miles south of Burnham Market. We renovated it a few years ago. It provides a wonderful base from which to enjoy the North Norfolk coast (walk the beaches, take boat trips to see the seals, visit a range of wonderful pubs / restaurants) or stay in with a good book and a glass of wine in front of the woodburner.
