It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

Modern decor in this most comfortable townhome just minutes from campus and from restaurant row on University Drive. The living room boasts a 65" Roku Smart TV with TVs in both bedrooms as well. Log into your favorite personal streaming services. Each bed is a King with memory foam topper and micro-fiber sheets... comfort galore. The equipped kitchen includes a Keurig with included coffee. Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, 35 miles from Round Top and close to several local wineries. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or water sports at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House but we remain Dog Friendly. We have a $50 per Dog fee per stay.

This is a 2 bed/1 bath duplex with plenty of room for your comfort stay and gathering. Guests can enjoy the fenced backyard for pre-game and after game celebrations!; walking distance to Southwood Athletic park, shopping, and restaurants, proximity to Northgate, downtown Bryan, and Lake Bryan.

The Zone: Blocks from Texas A&M, Comfy King Bed

The Zone is a newly renovated second floor apartment just blocks from the Texas A&M Campus. It is so close you can see Kyle Field from the sidewalk out front. Sleeping arrangements include the most comfortable King bed and a twin-size murphy bed. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies. You won't find a more convenient location in the center of everything Bryan/College Station.
