These two cottages are rented as one combined unit, connected by a breezeway with convenient keypad locks. The cottages sit on three acres consisting of a large playing field and walking trail in the woods. Both cottages offer hardwood & tile floors, vaulted ceilings, and custom cabinets with quartz countertops. Each cottage sleeps up to 6 people. The cottages each have a Smart TV with WiFi. Located just 1.5 miles from a grocery store, pizza place, pharmacy, Dollar General and Ace Hardware.

Perfect for fishing trips, weekend escapes, work hub or family visits. Bringing the boat is no problem with a pull-through carport (10.75' x 26') to back alley access; Carport and parking for at least 5 vehicles. The home includes a firepit, deck with a gas grill, fully stocked kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer and smart tv with high speed wifi.

This 1930’s “Giraffe” stone cottage was built by my great grandfather, and the 120 acre property has been passed from him to my grandmother and now to my mom. Recently freshened up with new pillows, towels and added cozy decor.
