My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

This self contained, open plan studio sleeps 2 in either 2 single or 1 kingsize bed(s). As a matter of course, the bed is always made up as super king size, so if you would prefer singles please request at time of booking. Our property is nestled in a small hamlet in the Lincolnshire countryside. The Lambing Shed forms part of our own home but you will have your own separate entrance. The accommodation consists of a double room with an en-suite with a walk-in shower, as well as a sitting room with a fully-equipped kitchenette. You have your own patio with furniture and also access to a shared garden with more seating areas for you to enjoy the peace and quiet of this part of Lincolnshire.

The Writer's Studio

Built as a writer's retreat, the Writer's Studio, sits in the grounds of a Georgian townhouse, in the heart of a traditional English village. Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
