The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

This is an apartment located behind our main house. Private. The apartment is separate from the main house, fully furnished and 200 yards from the lake. This spacious and private cottage is only two blocks from campus and is in the best neighborhood in Lubbock! J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, Brulee Bakery, Good Line Beer Co, and a neighborhood grocery store are all just blocks away. Tech Terrace park is nearby, which offers a great walking track. This property has lots of room to enjoy time with friends and family both inside and outside on the beautiful covered patio. Close enough to walk to Tech!

Buffalo Springs Lake is located 5 miles east of Lubbock, Tx and is a gated lake with a marina for launching boats or jet skis. It has a restaurant and often has events occurring during the weekends.
