The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. Home designed for one or two families situated between Lake Munmorah and Lake Budgewoi, 5 minutes from Budgewoi beach and accessible to the Entrance and the Nora Heads Rock Pools. (Approximately 15 minutes away.) Coles can be found at the end of the street. Sleeps 9 people. 10 with a trundle bed, available by request only. The request needs to be made at least two weeks' prior to the date of the booking to ensure that arrangements can be made by the time the booking comes about.
