Our rammed-earth self-contained separate guest retreat is situated in a large peaceful 12-acre bush setting only a few minutes drive from Buderim village. Visiting kangaroos, a modern peaceful space and views into the bush all contribute to a serene stay, whether you are with us for two nights, two weeks, or longer. A hidden suburban oasis. Our family has lived in and travelled to many countries and we look forward to welcoming visitors from around the globe - or from just around the corner.

Cotton Tree Queenslander Apartment

Please note: Currently our neighbours are having building works done.during the week. Step behind the front wall into an oasis. This private self-contained apartment is situated in a renovated Queenslander, within easy walking distance to the beach, the river, restaurants and cafes, shops and movies. With its own private courtyard, my place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers alike. Safe on- street parking. Unfortunately the property not suited for children.

"Pelican Suite" is purpose built, self-contained accommodation located on the canals of idyllic Pelican Waters, Caloundra. With its own private courtyard & entrance it is ideal for a couple, or a couple with a small child, or for someone on business. Very modern and beautifully styled, the suite is the perfect getaway to relax and recharge! It is only a short walk to Golden Beach and Pelican Waters Shopping Centre for groceries. Close by are many wonderful cafes, bars & restaurants.

Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. The Studio is a Bright, clean, airy and stylishly decorated 1 bedroom studio apartment on the lower level of our home, two steps up so not disability friendly, ideal for couples, (sorry not child friendly.] There is a well equipped kitchenette, large corner chaise lounge, pillow-topped queen size bed, romantic candlelit bedroom, Reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI, Large Smart Screen TV with Chromecast streaming device for watching Netflix, Stan or whatever platform you use. Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area.
