This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

Our 1600 sq. ft home is perfect for multi family use with four bedrooms (master has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 double bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds, 4th bedroom has a futon double size and the couch is NOT a pull out but would sleep 2-3), 2 bathrooms, large common space and outdoor area, table and umbrella. Located in a family friendly neighborhood with plenty of parking only 5-10 minutes from Kyle Field, Texas A&M University, downtown Bryan, Northgate, Easterwood Airport and more.

This two bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes away from Texas A&M. The stylish space includes 2 completely renovated bathrooms, fast wifi, a fully appointed kitchen, and a private outdoor space with a pergola and charcoal grill. The two private bedrooms feature brand new, comfortable mattresses and bedding, and one bedroom includes a desk for remote work. Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

Aggieland's Cozy Cabin sister to Cowboy Cabin

Howdy! Welcome to Aggieland's Cozy Cabin. This warm atmosphere is a great place to kick back and relax. Only fifteen to twenty minutes from Kyle Field, and seven miles from Messina Hof Winery, you have best of both worlds. A private entrance with a carport will give you freedom to come and go. There is also a pond on the property. You will feel like you've come home. Pulling a trailer? There's plenty of room for parking and with a coded gate entrance, no worries about safety.

Cozy Home in Aggieland Normand

Howdy! Welcome to Cozy Home in Aggieland Normand (Permit Number: STR2024-000090), located only a few minutes away from Texas A&M University in College Station. This is a 2 bed/1 bath duplex with plenty of room for your comfort stay and gathering. Guests can enjoy the fenced patio and backyard with BBQ grill upon request for pre-game and after game celebrations!; walking distance to parks, shopping, restaurants. The Howdy on Harper!

This is a 5 bedroom 2,628sqft house with plenty of room for friends and family! This modern home is perfect for anyone visiting Bryan College Station. It’s only 12 minutes from the school and in a safe, new construction neighborhood. Unfortunately the pool table was recently broken and replaced with a foosball table. The Zone is a newly renovated second floor apartment just blocks from the Texas A&M Campus. It is so close you can see Kyle Field from the sidewalk out front. Sleeping arrangements include the most comfortable King bed and a twin-size murphy bed. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies. You won't find a more convenient location in the center of everything Bryan/College Station.
