Private waterfront cottage 15 mins north of Owen Sound on the crystal clear waters of Georgian Bay. With a 150 feet of shoreline shared only with a neighbouring cottage, enjoy the stunning sunrises, relax on a lounger, go for a swim, kayak, paddle board, go fishing or have a camp fire and stargaze. Use our cottage as a jumping off point for many hikes along the Bruce Trail, Sauble Beach (35min), Tobermory (70min) and many more. Or just work from here while enjoying the great view and wifi.

Folgate Bunkie at Essentially Lavender Farm

The Folgate Bunkie features a double bed, end table. lamp and small table. The unit is 10ft. x 10.5ft inside. Outside is a picnic table, two Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. It is tucked into the trees on a 96 acre lavender farm. You will have access to the lavender fields, trails throughout the property and river access for fishing, kayaking or canoeing. The property is 25 minutes from the beaches of Lake Huron. You are required to bring your own bedding - sheets pillows and blankets

The Cedars

Escape to our neck of the woods and re-connect with nature at "The Cedars". Nestled in the valley on our 75 acre farm, the Cabin has its own fire-pit area, picnic table, chairs, outhouse and acts as a base camp for exploring beautiful Bruce County or relaxing onsite. This comfy wood cabin built in 2019, is just what you need to get away from the constant distractions of urban life. Unplug and soak up the sights and sounds of nature, breathe and relax. Nestled on a beautiful hobby farm, the cabin is a short 3km bike ride or drive to the beautiful shores of Lake Huron and the town of Port Elgin with it's unique shops and eateries. The queen size bed is on the main floor and the loft provides another sleeping space or storage.

Bar fridge, kettle, lamps, table & 4 chairs, a deck with 2 Muskoka chairs, 2 folding lawn chairs, picnic table, fire pit, wifi, fan, and heater. Camp flush toilets a minute walk. No shower, but you can swim in the lake. Bring Drinking Water. Gas barbecue available for a $10 charge to cover usage, propane, and cleaning.

A-frame cabin on 25+ acres with access to beautiful Lake Huron. The minimalist design caters to families or small groups. The cabin is plunked in the middle of the woods, 400 ft. off of a gravel road. This is a place to truly unwind, and become one with the natural surroundings. Access to some trails is right off the deck. From here, you can explore the forest or hike 10 minutes to the lake access where you can hop on a kayak, canoe or SUP.
