Recently renovated, with a large fully fenced grassy yard - gazebo & BBQ. In a great location. Min's walk to Nth Broulee (Dog Beach), Coronation Drive shops (Broulee Brewery, Cafes , Surf Shop, Pharmacy), & out from our back gate to Train St shops (Mossy Cafe & supermarket), Captain Oldrey Playground, football, netball, basketball, cricket.

This classic 1970s beach shack has been lovingly updated throughout, combining the laid-back feel of the original home with modern design and comforts. You can’t help but relax here. Glimpses of the turquoise water filter in through almost every window. Meander down the private stairs to the beach and you’re in the water. Take one minute walk down to Guerilla Bay beach or enjoy stunning views from your own outside table in the front garden. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common.
