This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

Located one block off Public (Lafayette’s Main St.) this area has much to offer just steps away. Lafayette is known for its art culture with many studios, restaurants, breweries and antique shops within walking distance.

The home has a fully stocked kitchen, books, a large backyard and a fire pit area to enjoy with your friends and family. You'll be 15 minutes from Boulder, 20 minutes from Denver and 1 hour from Eldora Ski area! Each room also has a TV with Amazon fire sticks. It is a pet friendly home but I have HEPA air filters upon your request. I grow a garden from May - September! Broomfield License #2022-10
