Family Friendly 'Nook' in Peaceful Part of Brixton

This lovely Edwardian house is a home away from home, well-suited for guests who would like to spend time relaxing together as well as exploring London. It is situated on a quiet, tree-lined street, moments from all Brixton has to offer. As it is a family home there will be personal items, a certain amount of wear and tear and we like to be considerate of our neighbours - if you are looking for ironed sheets / unblemished furniture or a place to have friends over this may not be right for you.

Battersea Park Comfortable room

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home. The room is on the first floor ( single guest with standard double 4ft6” x 6ft 3” bed) , shared bathroom. Light use of the kitchen. The washing machine used with permission. No breakfast provided. The room is at the rear and can be noisy with the station and trains from 5.30am till 12pm. The house is situated near a tube, 2 train stations and numerous buses. Please note I have a “Firm” cancellation policy and no room keys.

We have 3 King Size bedrooms, along with 3 shower bathrooms. We have a cot if needed. e have a friendly but independent Maine Coon cat that we would appreciate guests who don't mind her.'

High end, spacious large room with ensuite bathroom with high ceiling and big bay windows in a townhouse in the middle of Clapham overlooking the amazing Common park. The house is 3 min walk from the Clapham Common Underground Station which provides direct access to the west end, city, and all major tourist attractions. And if you want to stay locally you will be in the middle of the action, as the house is next to all the restaurants, cafe's and pubs. PLEASE NOTE: No use of the kitchen.

The rooms are west facing, benefiting from the evening sun. A Continental style breakfast is available every day. Not Sundays.
