Brambles is ideal for access to Brighton, Glyndebourne, Brighton Marina, Seven Sisters and a fabulous place for remote working.

Our place is a lovely, cosy home in a quiet residential street, with good public transport links to Brighton city centre where The Lanes are great for shopping, visit the seafront, and stunning scenery of the South Downs. Only 1 hr to London, 40 min to Gatwick. We have a large garden, beautiful working fireplace, ambiance, peace, stylish and comfortable living with many local shops just a 2 min walk. Great for couples, families (with kids), 3 generation families (kids and grandparents too!).

A spacious, 2-bed, 3 bath, luxury stay in the beautiful Sussex countryside for up to 7 guests. Full access to a large 2-acre garden , heated outdoor swimming pool, and several outdoor lounge areas, (outdoor areas shared with other guests and hosts), this is the perfect countryside escape for families and larger groups. The West Wing sleeps up to 4 (2 in the master, 2 in the twin bedroom). With advance notice the property can accommodate a further 3 on comfortable air mattresses (see photos).

Large Sussex Country House with Pool

Potts Cottage is a large country home with bags of character. The original cottage dates back to 1610 but subsequent additions have modernised it to become a substantial country residence. 2 living rooms, bar / games room, large kitchen / dining room, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Beds to sleep 10 with 2 additional full-size mattresses available. 2 staircases help to divide space between families / guests. Additional accommodation in the annex, which offers 2 double sofa beds, with ensuite.

The Shepherds Hut at The Apple Barn

Enjoy a wonderful stay in our original rustic shepherds hut. Situated in a private, and enclosed field with an outdoor shower and compost loo with a Bbq and dining area along with a little outdoor basic kitchen. Surrounded by hammocks with access to our large swimming pool. The Shepherds Hut has a double bed, a stove and electricity. With views up to Chanctonbury Ring and the South Downs. We are an area of dark sky perfect for stargazing. Pls note some road noise to be expected.

Pine tree woodland retreat

This architect designed self contained studio retreat is surrounded by pine trees and positioned in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.
