Our light bright garden view annexe is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Jurassic coastline has to offer. The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

The Duck Wing, quirky dog friendly apartment

The Duck Wing is a quirky, self contained apartment on the first floor within Plenty Cottage. It's beautifully appointed for a relaxed, carefree stay in a wonderfully rural environment. Nothing is too much trouble. It sleeps two in double bed in a pretty bedroom and has a double sofa bed too. Own bathroom/shower, a separate WC and a warm spacious living area. In the heart of the Devon Countryside yet only 1 mile from the market town of Honiton, just a few minutes from the A303/A30, 20 minutes from the Jurassic Coast, 15 minutes from Exeter Airport and less than 3 miles from The Pig at Combe. The cottage includes 1 en-suite double bedroom a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining room.

The Seaside Shepherd’s Hut

Fall asleep to the sound of waves on shingle in this stunning, hand-crafted oak shepherd’s hut. In winter the Hut is cosy with double glazing, a wood burner plus radiator. In summer relax on the deck to enjoy glorious views of Lyme Bay on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Nestling in my garden, Chesil Beach and the South West Coast Path are 30 seconds away down a private path. Watch magnificent sunsets over the bay and enjoy stargazing in our dark skies.

The Long Barn

Stone and oak barn in the grounds of a grade II listed farmhouse. The space is light and airy, it has 2 bedrooms and so is ideal for families or two couples. Well behaved dogs are accepted. Although separate from the farmhouse, it is not self-contained, as there are no cooking facilities, other than a fridge, kettle and toaster. Breakfast provisions are provided for guests to have at their leisure.

Newly redecorated, enclosed court yard garden. 15 mins walk to Bridport market town. West Bay 1.7miles Off road parking (Car port) Can be self catering if required (has its own Kitchenette). This barn conversion is light and airy with a modern yet rustic feel. The open plan modern kitchen opens onto a spacious living area. The downstairs walk in shower and toilet are positioned in the corner. The spiral stairs lead to the loft bedroom. The maximum occupancy for this property is two.
